Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of Claude Resumer (the "app"), provided by Socialista, registered in the Netherlands (KVK number 61396478, Casembrootstraat 60RD, 1972CC IJmuiden), contactable at [email protected]. By downloading, activating or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. License

Subject to an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use Claude Resumer. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share your license key, or reverse engineer the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law. Your license remains valid while your subscription is active.

2. Free trial

The app includes a free 24-hour trial from first launch so you can evaluate every feature before subscribing. When the trial ends, automatic and manual resume pause until you start a paid subscription. Your chats and settings are not affected.

3. Subscription, payment and delivery

Access is a recurring subscription at the price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe, and it renews automatically each period until you cancel. The product is digital and access is granted immediately: your license key is shown on the confirmation page right after payment and can be re-activated in the app. You are responsible for storing your key safely. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe receipt or by contacting us; access then continues until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed.

4. Refunds

You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Because a free 24-hour trial lets you fully test the app before subscribing, and because access is a digital product provided immediately, paid periods already started are non-refundable. By subscribing you expressly request immediate access, acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the started period under EU/Dutch consumer law, and agree that no refund is due for a period that has begun. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law, for example where the software is legally defective or not as described; in such cases contact us and we will address it as required by law.

5. Acceptable use and system changes

The app uses macOS Accessibility to focus a chat, type your resume message and send it. Its optional advanced closed-lid mode changes macOS power settings using an administrator prompt and can keep your Mac running while the lid is closed. You are responsible for using this feature safely: only on a hard, well-ventilated surface, never in a bag, sleeve or on soft bedding. The app shows a clear warning and restores your original settings when the mode is turned off, the app stops, the battery drops to 10%, or the Mac gets too warm.

6. Not affiliated with Anthropic

Claude Resumer is an independent tool. "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. The app does not bypass Claude's permission prompts or safety checks, and it cannot complete a task that requires human input. Claude's behavior, availability and limits are outside our control.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that detection will always succeed, for example if Claude changes the wording or format of its limit messages, or that resuming will occur at an exact time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost data or work, or for hardware effects arising from your use of optional power features. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including our mandatory obligations to consumers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date above indicates the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall under the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
