Does VS Code need to stay open?
No. Claude Resumer can open the correct project when the reset time arrives. If your Mac is sleeping, it retries after wake.
What does it cost?
A free 24-hour trial, then €1/maand/month. Cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
What happens after 24 hours?
Automatic and manual resume pause until you start your subscription. Your chats and settings remain untouched.
Does it work with multiple chats?
Yes. Select any combination of Claude Code and Claude App chats. They are handled one by one so windows do not interfere.
Can I change the resume message?
Yes. The message is editable in the app before any session is resumed.
Can it keep my Mac awake?
Yes. Enable Keep Mac awake to prevent idle sleep while Claude Resumer is running. The display can still turn off.
Can it keep working with the MacBook closed?
Yes. Advanced closed mode uses Low Power Mode while the lid is closed and turns itself off at 10% battery. The app shows a clear heat and ventilation warning before enabling it.
Which languages are supported?
English, Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese and Russian. Claude Resumer follows your macOS language automatically.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
You can cancel anytime, which stops future charges and keeps access until the period ends. Because a free 24-hour trial lets you test everything first, paid months are non-refundable. Mandatory consumer rights for a genuinely faulty product still apply.

No. Claude Resumer is an independent utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. It never bypasses Claude's permission prompts or safety checks.
